Free Shipping: All orders over $75 USD automatically include free shipping.

Domestic Orders: At this time, my shop only deliveries domestically within the USA. Thank you kindly for your understanding.

Artwork & Copyright: All artwork and designs are original illustrated creations by Sierra Lee Studio LLC. All rights reserved.

Products: Currently my shop primarily sells fine art prints, greeting cards, and bookmarks. My illustrated goods are independently printed in small-batches and seasonally designed and released.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in progress or shipped.

Shipping and Delivery: Every order is handled directly by me. Orders are tracked and shipping from my studio in Maryland, USA via USPS or UPS in a rigid mailer or box. Delivery times vary based on destination but generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

Returns: Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of my work, returns and refunds are not accepted at this time. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, that’s never the experience I want for you. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order and I’ll make it right.

Turnaround Time
Our typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days, but turnaround times may vary. If you need your order expedited, please let us know what your desired timeframe is, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Shipping
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit card. All invoices are processed through Square.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Returns or exchanges are not accepted at this time unless damaged during delivery, in this case, a ticket should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo attached and we will make it right.
